But so hungry is the market for handsome, well-muscled, young slaves that he should have known that the mayor and cops are always on the lookout for non-payers, and it’s relatively easy to get an enslavement order for “disregard of the law”. The mayor and cops stand to gain heavily as the proceeds of slave sales for breaking local laws go to the municipiality.
